If your club’s President or Vice President Education will not be participating in the 2026 Toastmasters International Annual Business Meeting, your club should assign its proxy before the deadline. A proxy allows your club’s vote to be represented during the Toastmasters International Annual Business Meeting, where delegates elect the International Officers and Directors who will help guide Toastmasters International.

Beginning Friday, July 10, 2026, eligible club officers will receive proxy assignment instructions by email from Toastmasters International. If your club needs to assign its voting rights to another eligible member, be sure to complete the process before the deadline.
Don’t let your club’s vote go unused. Coordinate with your club leadership early, determine who will represent your club, and submit your proxy assignment on time.
