A proxy allows your club’s vote to be represented during the Toastmasters International Annual Business Meeting\, where delegates elect the International Officers and Directors who will help guide Toastmasters International. \nProxy Assignment Deadline\nWednesday\, August 12\, 2026\n11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) \nBeginning Friday\, July 10\, 2026\, eligible club officers will receive proxy assignment instructions by email from Toastmasters International. If your club needs to assign its voting rights to another eligible member\, be sure to complete the process before the deadline. \nDon’t let your club’s vote go unused.
