District 214 Toastmasters will hold its Spring District Council Business Meeting in a hybrid format on Saturday, May 15, 2027, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time.
This important District meeting brings together District leaders, Club Presidents, Club Vice Presidents Education, and members from across Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia to conduct the official business of District 214 and help shape the future of our District.

Voting will be conducted electronically. Eligible District Council members will receive pre-meeting materials and official notifications by email in April 2027.
During the Spring District Council Business Meeting, District 214 will conduct official District business in accordance with Toastmasters International governing procedures. Additional information, including the meeting agenda, credentials process, supporting documents, voting instructions, and virtual meeting access, will be provided as the meeting date approaches.
Who Should Attend?
Club Presidents and Vice Presidents Education are especially encouraged to attend as voting members of the District Council. Members of the District Executive Committee and other District 214 Toastmasters are also encouraged to participate, stay informed, and remain connected to the direction and business of the District.
